Monday -You boring day, you!


Worked out twice today. Right on!
A 20 minute walk/run at the local football oval and then 35 minutes in the gym. A 20 minute walk for me is pretty good (I did stop a couple of times) and I was walking (waddling like a penguin) pretty briskly,
All up 57 minutes and 262 cals burnt. Average heart rate 132 with a max of 161.
Now for some more veggie soup for dinner, a shower and then bedtime snuggle/watch tv time. Lovely
