So I finally worked out


Yes. I did it. It was nothing spectacular but it was something. Enough to get me started and fired up for more.
So I did 10 mins on the treadmill

And then I did:
3 sets of 15 Lunges
3 sets of 15 Squats
3 Sets of 15 Ski Jump things
2 sets of 10 Burpees (Frikkin’ hard!)

Sweaty and satisfied. I sat at my desk to take this pic of myself and my hubby startled me by yelling: “Lynda, what are you DOING??”
What, like taking pics of yourself all sweaty with mad hair is not normal??
